VERSAND
Ihre Artikel werden verpackt und so schnell wie möglich versendet. Bitte bedenken Sie, dass es sich um ein Ein-Personen-Unternehmen handelt, so dass es bis zu 7 Werktage dauern kann, nachdem Sie Ihre Bestellung abgeschlossen haben.
Der Versand wird über DHL oder Hermes angeboten. Die Versanddauer ist abhängig von Ihrem Land. Bei Bestellungen innerhalb Deutschlands dauert es in der Regel bis zu 2-3 Werktage und innerhalb Europas bis zu 1 Woche. Die Versandkosten bilden sich aus einer Pauschale innerhalb Deutschlands von 6,50 €innerhalb der EU-Länder 15,-€
Bestellungen außerhalb Deutschland können in folgende Länder versendet werden:
Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Island, Italien, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Niederlande, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweden, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechische Republik, Ungarn und Zypern
Leider gibt es keinen Versand außerhalb der EU.

Das ist Handarbeit!
Bitte bedenken Sie, dass alle Keramiken handgefertigt sind. Geringe Abweichungen in Größe und Farbe können innerhalb einer Kollektion auftreten.
STORNIERUNG
Wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung noch nicht abgeschlossen haben, können Sie sie jederzeit stornieren, indem Sie die ausgewählten Artikel aus Ihrem Warenkorb entfernen. Wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung bereits abgeschlossen haben und sie stornieren möchten, senden Sie mir bitte sofort eine E-Mail an info@kim-ceramics.com. Wenn ich Ihre Bestellung noch nicht verschickt habe, werde ich sie stornieren und Ihnen den Kaufpreis zurückerstatten.
HAFTUNG WÄHREND DES TRANSPORTS
Bei Beschädigung während des Transports wird für den Schaden gehaftet, wenn eine Bestätigung vom Versanddienstleiter vorgezeigt werden kann. Keine Haftung bei Schäden nachdem das Paket geöffnet wurde.
Bei Schäden bitte E-Mail an info@kim-ceramics.com und geben Sie mir weitere Einzelheiten über den beschädigten Artikel. Bitte machen Sie ein Foto davon und fügen Sie es Ihrer E-Mail bei, einschließlich Ihrer Bestellnummer. Nachdem ich Ihre E-Mail erhalten habe, werde ich den Artikel überprüfen und Ihnen innerhalb von zwei Wochen Ihr Geld zurückerstatten, mit Ausnahme der Versandkosten. Sie müssen den Artikel nicht zurückschicken.
SHIPPING
Your items will be packed and sent as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that this is a one-person-business so that orders can take up to 7 working days after you have completed your order.
Shipping is offered via DHL. Shipping time vary depending from your country. For orders within Germany it will normally take up to 2-3 working days and up to 1 week within Europe.
Shipping cost within Germany flat rate 6,50 € - within EU-countries flat rate 18,- €
Orders out of Germany can be shipped to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Unfortunately there is no shipping outside the EU.
RETURNS
It’s handmade!
Please keep in mind that all items are handmade. Minor differences of size and color may appear within its collection. So that some items will not be of that exact that show on the pictures, but is the closest sibling of a family. :)
If you want to cancel your order
If you haven’t completed your order yet, you can cancel it anytime by removing the selected items from your cart. If you have already completed your order and want to cancel it, please send me an email to info@kim-ceramics.com immediately! If I haven't shipped your order yet, I will cancel it and refund you your money. If I have already shipped your order, you will have to wait for your order to arrive and then send it back at your cost.

If you would like to return your order
You can return your order within 14 days from the day you have received it. If you want to do so, please send me an email first to info@kim-ceramics.com and notify me about it. You will have to arrange the shipping yourself and also cover the cost yourself. The return shipping address is:

Your money will be refunded within 2 weeks (without the shipping costs) to your account as soon as the item returns back to the studio undamaged. If the item arrives damaged, you are not eligible for refund. Commissioned items are not eligible for refund.
If you have received a damaged item
LIABILITY DURING TRANSPORT
In the event of damage during transport, liability for the damage is accepted if a confirmation from the shipping service manager can be shown. No liability for damage after the parcel has been opened.
then please send me an email to info@kim-ceramics.com and leave me more details about the damaged item. Please take a photo of it and attach it to your email, including your order number. After I have received your email, I will check it and refund your money, except for the shipping costs, within two weeks. You will not have to send back the item.
